Growth and development is essential to ensure the company’s long-term success. The strategies differ depending on their specific needs- some by penetrating new markets, introducing new products, and by creating new opportunities and taking personal steps to improve internal processes. Such is the case in Polylite’s new initiative to create a warehouse and commercial building in Tanza, Cavite. Taking our next big step into the future is celebrated with the traditional groundbreaking ceremony last May 15, 2024. The ceremony is not only to commemorate a significant milestone in the history of Polylite, but is also a celebration of the people who made it possible. Attending the ceremony are the Polylite executives, together with Mayor Romea Romea.
The construction site will be the home of the new warehouse and commercial building designed to accommodate the growing needs of our company and our stakeholders. It houses staff, and the community with more offices, conference rooms and a larger meeting room for seminars and events. Aside from a larger working space, another goal of this initiative is to optimize the company’s internal operations, improve efficiency and productivity, and establish a system that’s more polished and orderly. The work of WTA Architecture and Design Studio will be celebrated throughout the structure. The groundbreaking ceremony also marks the start of construction, which is expected to be finalized in 2026.
